Terms & Conditions
1. Order Cut-Off Times
Orders must be placed by 1:00 PM on Mondays and Wednesdays to be processed for the applicable dispatch day.
2. Dispatch Days
Orders are dispatched on Mondays and Wednesdays, excluding public holidays. Dispatch dates may be adjusted where a public holiday affects our delivery schedule.
3. Delivery Times
Our targeted delivery timeframe is the next working day following dispatch, where courier services and delivery conditions permit.
Business addresses: Targeted delivery by 12:00 PM
Residential addresses: Targeted delivery by end of day.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
4. Minimum Product Value
A minimum product value of $40 excluding GST applies to online orders.
5. Reduced Freight for Orders Over $60
Product Orders valued at $60 or more excluding GST qualify for reduced freight charges, subject to the applicable delivery terms.
6. Free Freight for Orders Over $80
Product Orders valued at $80 or more excluding GST will qualify for free freight charges, subject to the applicable delivery terms.
7. Rural Deliveries
We currently do not deliver to Rural Delivery (RD) addresses. Our products are perishable and require appropriate transportation and delivery conditions. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
8. Delivery Areas
We currently ship to North Island and South Island addresses within our standard delivery network.
We do not currently deliver to certain locations, including Great Barrier Island, Waiheke Island, Chatham Islands, or other locations outside our standard delivery network.
9. Discount Codes
Only one discount or promotional code may be used per order. Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotional codes unless expressly stated otherwise.
10. Delivery Delays
While we endeavour to meet the stated delivery timeframes, delivery dates and times are not guaranteed. Delays caused by courier networks, severe weather, public
holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control are not the responsibility of Plant Foods NZ Limited.
