Orders ship frozen in using specialized insulation and ice packs to keep the products cold during transport and may arrive completely solid or partially/fully thawed. They are safe to consume and store as long as they are cold to the touch.
- In the Freezer: Stored frozen, they keep safely until the best-before date printed on the packaging. Use within 24 hours of defrosting.
- In the Fridge: Stored chilled they keep safely for up to 7 days.
We only ship to urban address to make sure you receive our products nice and cold.
Make sure you include special instructions on where to leave your delivery in a cool spot and not in direct sun (as direct sun and hot temperatures could affect the food safety of your product).
Our target is delivery by midday for business addresses and end of day for private addresses. You need to ensure someone is available when the product is delivered to store it in the fridge or freezer.
Bring your box inside as soon as possible. Un-pack, check the temperature and consume or store in your fridge or freezer Do not leave the product sitting in hot temperatures or direct sunlight for hours.
Check the Ice Packs: If the ice packs are slightly or fully thawed but still cool and the products feel cool to the touch (refrigerator temperature), the food is generally safe to consume or place straight into the fridge or freezer.
Test the temperature: Use a digital food thermometer if the core temperature of the product is above 5°C or feels warm to the touch, do not eat it and contact us immediately.
All our products have detailed dietary information on printed stickers on their packaging, these have allergens printed on them in bold.
